ACT 74
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico enacted the Act 74, also known as the “Tourism Incentives Act”, to keep expanding the tourism economy in the island as well as to promote new investments that will keep placing Puerto Rico as one of the world class tourism destinations.
ACTS 82 & 83
With the interest in attracting the investment of alternative energy sources, the Government of Puerto Rico approved the legislative projects of Act 82 and Act 83 of 2010, also known as the “Energy Diversification Act” and the “Green Energy Incentives Act”.
ACT 399
Act 399 and Act 400 in Chapter 61 of Puerto Rico Insurance code were adopted in order to promote the Island as a gateway for insurers and create the International Insurance Center with a secure and flexible regulatory system and attractive tax benefits.
